Limited to the purposes above, your data may be shared with our service providers (hosting, e-mail) and with legally authorised public institutions in accordance with Articles 8-9 of the KVKK.

07Collection Method

Your data is collected through website forms, e-mail, phone, WhatsApp and other physical/digital channels, by automated and non-automated means.

08Your Rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed,
• Request information if it has been processed,
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
• Know the third parties to whom it is transferred at home or abroad,
• Request correction if it is incomplete or incorrect,
• Request its erasure or destruction,
• Request that correction/erasure be notified to third parties,
• Object to a result against you produced solely by automated analysis,
• Claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
