1 km run, 1 functional station — eight times. Standardised, measurable, identical in every city. A ~60-minute fitness exam. It tests not what you can do, but what you will do.

    Solo. Heavier loads, faster splits. Built for racers chasing a place on the board.

    DOUBLES

    Two athletes. Share the stations, run every kilometre together. The format with your training partner.

    TEAM RELAY

    Team of four. Each athlete owns two stations, all share one goal. The finish line, powered by community.

03 / Preparation Approach

PROGRAMMED
PERFORMANCE.

HYROX prep runs in four phases. Each phase moves with tests, simulations, and constant measurement. Open, Pro, Doubles or Relay — your program is written to your race.

    8–12 weeks. Aerobic engine expanded, strength baseline laid. Endurance before speed.

    BUILD

    Station technique, pacing curves, set tolerance. Race tempos tied to numbers.

    PEAK

    Full-format simulations. Physical prep and mental clarity built in the same session.
