I'm a beginner — can I join?

Yes. Hyrox Training Club is open to every age and every level. In your first week we run an assessment with you; your program is then written to your level, your goal and your calendar.

I'm not interested in racing HYROX — can I still come?

Absolutely. Many members train for general performance, strength, conditioning and community. HYROX preparation is just one of the programs we offer.

Can I combine personal training with group classes?

Yes, most members combine both. Two PT sessions plus two group classes per week is the most common recommendation.

Are towels, parking and recovery included?

Yes. Free parking, free towel service, sauna, cold plunge and steam room are included for every member.

How does pricing work?

Monthly, quarterly and yearly memberships are available. Reach out on WhatsApp for current packages and promotions.
